These terms cover this website, booking a free walkthrough and the booking texts. Paid work is covered by the written agreement we sign with you.

Using this website

You can ask for a free site check and book a free 15-minute walkthrough call. What we share in a site check or a call is our honest read of your website and listings. It's general information, and results depend on many things outside our control.

Booking a walkthrough

When you book, Jai calls the phone number you give at the time you picked (Eastern Time). To change or cancel, call or text (757) 330-0716, or reply to your confirmation email.

Booking texts

Program: The Proving Room booking texts.

What you get: a confirmation when you book and a reminder 1 hour before your call. Up to 4 texts per booking. No marketing texts.

How you sign up: tick the text box on the booking page. It starts unticked, and you don't need to tick it to book.

Cost: Msg & data rates may apply, depending on your phone plan.

To stop: reply STOP at any time (UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT and CANCEL work too). We send one last text to confirm, then no more. Reply START to get booking texts again.
