Prepay refunds are never less than $0.

You approve the posting plan once: the topics, the tone and what we never say. Posts then follow that plan, so you don't need to sign off on each one. Ask us to change or remove any post and we will.

Not at all. We can move you over free, or work with your current host. Same price either way, and you still own everything.

The clock pauses while we're waiting on you, or on Google, your host, your domain company or events outside anyone's control (those outside pauses count for up to 30 days in total), and we'll always tell you in writing what we're waiting on.
